Reply Button on Private Messages: Now you can easily reply to private messages. Just look for the appropriate “reply” button in your private chat.

Operator Icon on Private Chat Dropdown: We’ve added an operator icon to the dropdown menu in private chat, making it easier to identify operators.

Send Private Message Button: You can now send private messages directly from the participants list. Just find the new button next to participants' names.
