Seamless User Transition: Switching from icastEvent to icastPro is now a seamless process.

Closed Tabs Notifications: Even if your chat tab is closed, you’ll still get notified of new messages.

CSV File Uploads: All .csv files are now automatically converted to UTF-8 upon upload.

Webcast Limits and Resets: We’ve added better handling for webcast limits, including notifications when you reach your simultaneous webcast limit and the ability to reset webcasts even when self-serve limits are reached.

Automatic Webcast Termination: Self-serve accounts will now automatically terminate webcasts upon reaching the time limit, keeping everything tidy and within subscription parameters.

Email Formatting: Improved email formatting for organization limit notifications, making them clearer and easier to read.

Activity Form Stability: Fixed issues with the activity form breaking when certain organization settings are in place.

Email Unsubscribe Process: Improved the email unsubscribe process to make.
