A few comments
- As explained here, all actions made by the organizers and speakers are passed on to the participants with approximately 15 seconds delay. Nevertheless, the speech remains synchronized. This means that if a speaker says "vote" when clicking on the "Publish" button, participants will only see the poll when they hear "vote."
- At any time, publishing a slide closes the vote and displays the slide to the participants.
- Once closed, a vote may be republished, whether or not the results have been posted, as participants who have already voted will not be able to vote again.
