The Viewers section of a webcast list shows, where applicable:
- Viewers added by the organizer using the
icon, either individually or by uploading a CSV document.
- Viewers who have completed the registration form (if registration is activated)
- Viewers who logged in with security enabled.
Status
Viewers who have received an invitation and/or reminder will be indicated by the following icon .
Viewers who have completed the registration form will be indicated by the checkbox icon .
If there is no registration form, this icon will not appear even if users have accepted the invite.
This complete list of viewers can be downloaded by clicking on the icon. Which will give you the options to download the list either as an XLSX (Microsoft Excel) document, CSV (comma-separated) document, or CSV (semicolon-separated) document.
Removing Access
Viewers can be removed by clicking on the icon or the checkbox next to their email address and then clicking on the icon that will appear.
