Sending Invitations
1. Find your webcast in the List section on the side bar, or on the icastGo homepage.

- Open the Dashboard by clicking the gear icon.
- Click on Edit to open the settings.
2. In the webcast settings, go to the Viewers section from the menu on the left side.

- Click Add in the bottom right corner and upload your list of viewers individually or with an excel document.
3. From the menu on the left, then open the Invitation section.

- You can customize the following fields Email Sender Name, Subject and Message.
- Once the custom message is displayed, click Save to save the change.
4. To send the invitation, click on Send now.

- Depending on the selected Recipients, as shown on the side, the email will either be sent to all viewers, registered viewers only, unregistered viewers only, or new viewers only.
Viewer Invitation Status
When viewer registration is enabled in the webcast's Access settings, the viewer list will display a checkmark icon for registered viewers.
If registration is not enabled, the viewer list will only show an airplane icon to indicate if an invitation has been sent.
