You can upload your video content by going to the "video content" tab.
First, click the "+ Add" button
A window will pop up where you can insert you video title, description and select the file from your computer. Most standard video files will work.
Your video will be added to the list and you will see the status going from processing to processed. If you want that video to be the intro or outro loop for all your events you can select the buttons "video pre-webcast" and "video post webcast". If you want to use it during your event you can simply go back to the home page.
Second, in your event dashboard, go to the content section and click "modify"
Here you can select the videos you want to launch during your webcast. You can also select here if your video needs to play in a loop.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your video has to be finished processing to be added to the event and it will be impossible to add any video to an event that the "prepare webcast" button was clicked. Remember that this button clicks itself 15minutes before your webcast start time.
In your control room you will now be able to see the videos in the tab next to the "speakers" tab. To launch a video simply click on it and then once again to confirm.
You will not be able to see the video while it plays for the participants, but you will see it running at the bottom of your webcam screen. There you can see how much time is remaining on the video and you can stop the video playback. Videos that are not in loop will stop by themselves
While a video plays participants will not see or hear the speakers.
